Cost of vials

How is cost of vials determined? I've selected a donor without successful pregnancies indicated, yet cost per vial is highest I came across for IUI. Donors education level is only bachelors degree level also. Anyone know or understand how price is determined? Thanks in advance!

The IUI vials for ID Option donors are the most expensive.
