Donor 4050 or 2762

in Selecting a Donor
Is anyone using these donors or have any children by them? They are my narrowed down list. Also how do I find out when they joined the donor registry?

    I just did my first IUI with donor 2762. Not sure when he joined, but he was added to the donor list in Jan 2012. This will be my 3rd attempt (2 medicated IUI's and one natural), first two attempts were with another donor from another sperm bank.

    No I don't. The clinic I go to charges $150 to get that info, they don't check or do any confirmation of the numbers. In fact they didn't even share with me the fairfax lab report that came with the vials. I have another week to go before I find out. I purchased 3 vials. If your doctors office checks his counts maybe you can let me know what they were. Good luck to you as well!

    No I didn't ask what the exact #'s were but he said it was well above the guaranteed amount. So more than 10 million, I believe. Just hangin' out in my 2 week wait. I think if we don't get pregnant this round we'll try one more vial with him for sure. Good luck to you. Let me know if you get a BFP with him!

    So my monthly cycle came this month, so that means no BFP. Doctor up'd my med's to 100 mg of clomid hoping that would help. My only number that isn't what it should be is my progesterone, all others are good. Had my prog checked on Day 23 this past month and it was only 12.52 and he wants to see it above 18 on a medicated cycle. Katile your date should be coming up really soon. I hope you have good news for me, BFP!!!!!!

    I think we just decided on donor 2762. Does anyone have any more information oh his count? Or any successful pregnancies to report?

    Per Fairfax no one has reported any pregnancies yet. I had my 2nd vial tested before the IUI and his count was excellent. It was 80 million with 60 motility. All it takes is one. I had lots of follicles during that cycle and one was a 30. Don't know how I could end up with a BFP. Maybe there is something to be said about eastern medicine. This month I plan on adding accupuncture and will see if it helps me out. I think I have what is called a cold uterus since I'm cold allot. He has a very cute baby photo and good sperm count. I would say go for it.

    I did two IUIs with this donor in Sept and Oct 2012 and got pregnant on the second go. Unfortunately I miscarried 8weeks later! Gutted!! However, I am 42yrs old so I assume the fault lies with me rather than the donor (plus I didnt take any meds). I am trying again with this donor in Feb. My doc did mention that his count was high and motility good, although I dont have the exact numbers. Hope this helps...

    Hello, I am looking for extra vials for another donor, to give my son a sibling. If we don't get any, we are planning to moving on to Donor 4050.

    I recently contacted Fairfax and was told that Donor 2762 had between 5 and 10 pregnancies reported. The problem is that many people don't report their births so it's not accurate.
