    I would like to take advantage of this deal, however, the 5 potential donors that I am considering all have "please call" for the IVF prep...they do have available vials, but it appears that it must be ordered via phone call because they are limited? How can I take advantage of this deal for those vials? Thank you.

    It can be used towards anything that can be purchased online this weekend. Unfortunately, if the vials are "please call" status you will have to contact Fairfax Cryobank on Monday to order. However, you can use the coupon towards profile information on those donors!

    I purchased pictures and filled out the forms and put in my credit card infor for the billing because there was no spot for a coupn code. Then I emailed the forms back to the bank with my electronic signature on them and a note above it to use the coupon code since there wasnt a place for me to use it in the forms. Does that still work???

    I also tried to purchase Lifetime photos with the electronic signature forms, but i didnt add my credit card number i input the code in its place instead, since they would be free with the code. I hope that works... If not Im sure i'll be contacted.

    I called yesterday and was told that this discount didn't apply to the lifetime photos because it wasn't considered an online purchase through their website. They said because I didn't know that information that they would honor the discount for me anyway and not charge me for the pictures. Maybe you should call and talk to them too?
