Any successes, child characteristics or photos to share from 4578, 4304, or 4257

I'm very new to this and of course completely overwhelmed. Seeing a report of a child from one of Fairfax's donors born with Cystic Fibrosis isn't helping quell the nerves. I'm wondering if anyone has used any of the above listed donors and can talk about the outcomes? I'd be ever so grateful. Thanks!
