    I purchased 1 vial for IUI. Even though my Dr. recommended an IUI vial for IVF it turns out I needed to do an IUI. She wants the sperm washed so that nothing "extra" is there that my body may react negatively to. After the wash there were only 2.5 million sperm left. The recommended number is at least 10 million. It did not result in a pregnancy. This was my first attempt. Now I know what questions to ask. Glad I only purchased 1 vial.
