No go on the first round of IUI with donor 4390
BUT I had my 2nd IUI with donor 4390 yesterday and today! Should know by September 20th! I'll KIT! Thanks for checking!
How are you feeling? -
I'm doing good! no morning sickness but the thought of food makes me nauseous. I have my last appt with my fertility dr on tuesday for a follow up and then I will see my regular OB dr. from here on out.

Yes : ) I am 4 months pregnant with a little girl.
NIPT negative (less than 1 in 10,000) and, thus, far all is well.

I'm getting ready to do my first round of IUI with donor 4390 this week. I'm concerned with the vial motility levels. I'm wondering if everyone had the same numbers when they had success with this donor. The Post Thaw motility is 35% and the Total Motile cells/dose (million) is 10.2.
Any information would be great. -
I have a beautiful little boy from donor 4390, he just turned 1 year old this month! Great to know there are some little girls out there, too. I will be trying for my second IUI for another little one in a few weeks with the same donor!

Congratulations! My little guy was born in January 2016 with 4390. He is so much fun and I am loving mommyhood! Hope all is well with your little girl, too!

Hi - I am new on here. Not sure if this allowed because I've never done this before or if I should create a new thread. I purchased 4390 for my last banking cycles and had my transfer last January, unfortunately I had failed implantation. I am starting a new banking cycles again and I saw that there's no more qty available to purchase. I was wondering if anyone has suggestion or know of anyone who might have extra vials to donate or sell (not sure how this works)? 4390 is currently on the waiting list and there's no guarantee that there will be new supplies later. Thank you!

My daughter is 8 months old. She is healthy, pretty (everyone says that), sleeps through the night and is super inquisitive.
I have 3 viles left. I am Waiting One more year to see if I can try again. If not, I will sell them (at least to get my money for the storage fee).
Has anyone registered their child? Informed the sperm bank? -
Can you register the child before you have the child? I'm expecting a little girl in December! Good to know that someone has some vials out there if I decide I want to try again.

Yes you can. We informed them when i was pregnant. And registered her when she was born

Are you interested in selling any vials? I would like to try for another, but only have 1 vial remaining so it's a bit stressful.

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant with donor 4390! We are really excited, but concerned that he is no longer active in the program and we would like to have another baby with the same donor. Any one willing to sell back 1-3 vials? We would appreciate it!
