Donor 4703 Any Vials out there or insight?????

Hi, My husband and I had a beautiful healthy baby girl in 2017 from this donor and we desperately would like to use him again if possible! He is currently inactive and I was wondering if anyone had vials they are willing to sell/transfer or if anyone has attempted to have fairfax contact him for a sibling donation. We are considering that option but were curious how likely it would even be or if it has been done.
