Cost vary depending on type of treatment you use.
There is IVF that starts at $15k and goes up depending on Meds , with or w/o sperm donor and if they do ICIS.
Then there is the land of IUI!
Cost less but also comes with less success rates depending on what your fertility issue is.
IUI can start as low as $2k depending again on Meds and sperm situation.

NOT to mention if you insurance has any coverage or NOT. Most don't. A few cover little stuff.
My best advice is talk to a fertility special and get all your options. They will give you estimate fews also. Don't forget to check with insurance and see what covers you.

    Hope this helped some.

Megan, what is your situation? Do you have any medical issues or are you completely healthy (as far as you know). My husband doesn't have any sperm but I have zero health issues. We went forward with IUI.

Your first step will be to talk to your doctor. You don't need to seek out any special doctor at first and you may never need one (I didn't). If they perform IUI's then they'll give you information about it and decide if there are any tests you should have before going forward with the procedure. If they don't perform them then they'll send you somewhere that does, or you can purchase the ICI vials and try on your own at home. Though even for the ICI procedure that you do at home my Dr. had a kit they were willing to provide to me, so you would probably still want to ask about that.

So you'll want IUI vials for a procedure at your Dr's office
You'll want ICI vials for trying on your own at home
Or you'll want IVF vials if you need to use IVF

For me, I got pregnant my first month trying an IUI - I bought two vials per my doctors orders and we did one procedure on the day of a positive ovulation test and one procedure the following day. So it was the price of the two vials, plus all the shipping costs, plus what my Doctors office charged which in my case I think was around $525 and my insurance didn't cover it. All in all I think it was a little below $1500.
