Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Donor 2743 - Selling 4 vials

I have four IUI vials of this donor for sale. He has reported pregnancies, but is no longer an active donor with Fairfax. After dedicating a great deal of time to selecting what I think is an excellent donor, for personal reasons, I decided not to proceed with the insemination, which is why I am looking to sell the vials. If you Google "donor 2743" you can see his basic stats (and confirm reported pregnancies). Very good family health history, intelligent, and described as very attractive. I would also be happy to share information I purchased from Fairfax. The vials are in storage at a well respected Washington, DC-based fertility clinic and I can work with you to have them transferred where needed.
