donor 4210 LOW

So I have my IUI in 2 hours and they just called to tell me my 1st vial of donor 4210 basically had a zero sperm count!!!
So I paid $600 of nothing . And I have only one vial left.
Feeling so stress and sad.

Can I get a refund in that vial?
