On Jan 6th the day of my IUI the dethaw my 1 or 2 vials of donor 4210. It had low counts so they thawed vial 2. Still low so they combined them an we tried anyone since I was ovulating. While it didn't work
. AF showed up Friday night. Soooo do I go with the same donor and order more hoping that it was a fluke on low counts? Or do I start all over and pick a new donor?

Hugs to you sweetie.
Had that donor had confirmed pregnancies before? If not I'd look for someone else. Were there others you liked a lot?

Yes it had confirmed reported pregnancy before. And there is 2 others that where close in the running when me and hubby made picks in November. However when I look now those other 2 show no ICI vials. Thinking might try another round with 4210 but a little shaken up in the issue

I have had three failed IUIs, one failed IVF and one chemical pregnancy with 4210. I have two poor quality embryos in storage and we are trying to decide wether to use them or switch donors and try again with ivf. We are feeling discouraged and hoping to hear some good news about 4210.
