1st time!!!

Today my wife and I found out we go in for our first IUI tomorrow morning! We are both so excited and nervous! Not too sure what to expect. She takes HCG tonight at 4 and then in for the IUI at 11am tomorrow. I heard you are supposed to wait 36 hours but our doctor assures us this is the way to go! Wish us luck and please share some encouraging stories!!

We went in on Monday for our IUI (2nd) and are 4 days into the 2WW. We have an almost 4 year old that was conceived on our first IUI. My partner carried her. I am trying to carry our 2nd! Best wishes!!!!!

each doctor does things differently with the trigger shot. My doc did the iui 24 hours after the trigger. I got pregnant after 8 months. it took 4 iui's. I don't say this to scare you. I had only one ovary and a low ovarian reserve. I was a success story. don't worry about the time......let the doc figure that out.

Robin: yea i asked the doctor and she said let them worry about everything so you guys are right!! Thats so awesome u have a son!! I cant wait! 2.5 hours until the first IUI, so excited to get this larty started even if she doesnt get pregnant the first try!!

Best of luck! I got prego on my 3rd IUI. But that last time I did my shot 3 hours earlier than I was suppose to, of course it was under my drs direction. I was going out that night do time needed to be changed. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter.

Barbra, thats so awesome! We are now about to do our 3rd IUI and I am really hoping it takes. This process is so frustrating at times. Wish us luck!!
