Low sperm count

Today I went for my IUI. The post thaw count was only 9 million and the RE also commented that the specimen they received was only like 0.7 mL instead of 1 mL (I think...the fact that the count was only 9 million had me shocked and I didn't listen that closely but I she did say that they did not send what usually is the "full specimen amount"). I was told they would be contacting the sperm bank and send them all the data from today's thaw but do I have to do anything on my end? Do I have to call and report it too? What is done in a situation like this...is a replacement vile sent out? I am in Canada and purchased through CanAm Cryo so I don't know if this makes a difference for reporting or not. I am so disappointed as I have used this donor before and had counts in the 30+ million range.

    Thank you!

For others wondering in the future, Fairfax was very quick to respond after they received word of the cycle outcome. No questions asked, they reviewed the information provided and are refunding the cost. I am very impressed with how quickly I received a response and the ease of using Fairfax.
