3rd time is a charm?

Hello all,

My wife and I are gearing up for our 3rd round of IUIs. She is 36 and I am 33. We decided to start with the wifey. Since we didn't feel like their was an infertility issue, we began with a natural IUI cycle. Our first attempt with donor 2792 was on 7/31/13 with another on 8/1/13 - no luck.

We went away and monitored with an OPK for awhile, but didn't get a clear ovulation read. We scheduled another appointment with the Fertility doctor early January 2014 and decided on Clomid 50mg. Wifey's 2nd ultrasound on 1/20/14 showed a follicle that was 23mm another at 14mm. That night we injected and went in the next morning for the IUI. The next day we followed up with another IUI. The sperm counts were not great this time. We got another BFN last week.

We've decided to switch donors and try again. She started another round of Clomid 50mg last night. Ultrasound is scheduled for next week.

Is everyone doing back to back IUIs? Also, are the doses of Clomid supposed to increase or stay consistent?
