Vials of ID Options Donors 4213 (1 vial) and 4512 available (3 vials)

Now that we've had a successful pregnancy, I no longer need these ID Options donor vials. We ordered
specimen from ID Options donor 4512. However, turns out I needed a donor with a CMV negative status. Donor 4512
is CMV positive (which I had not noticed) so I could not use his vials, which already had been shipped to my RE. Prior
to that we had used a donor that by now has been removed by Fairfax due to a medical issue that arose...
I am hoping to recoup my expenses and defray the storage fees I've paid, so to anyone offering the same price
(or whatever is the best offer made) for the vial + shipping as Fairfax charges, the vial(s) are yours.
These both are ID Options donors, tall, handsome and smart + other pregnancies reported by Fairfax clients.
Fairfax Cryo will require the same paperwork normally required for ID Option donors.
(I posted once before about donor 4512, that my vials *might soon* become available, and I did not know at the
time people had immediately responded because I did not realize that I needed to check for messages privately sent.
I know it now; so, if any of you still remain interested, the vials definitely are available now.)
My RE's office is a very reputable medical facility by the way, one of the best in the United States. These vials went directly from the custody of Fairfax to my RE's storage lab, where they remain to this day. Fairfax does not accept donor vials back once they have left Fairfax Cryobank. So, my RE said I can just authorize destruction of the vials; but Fairfax suggested that if some other customer wants one or both of them I can have my doctor ship the vials through Fairfax Cryobank for a customer to obtain the vial(s) from me via Fairfax Cryobank (just to ensure the vials are handled and maintained properly). I would prefer (a)not to destroy something someone else might want or need and (b)to reduce my financial losses from this expensive (and thankfully finally successful) journey of ttc by transferring the unneeded vials if possible.

4512 - 1 IVF vial & 1 IUI vial available
4213 - 1IVF vial available
- Thanks
I am actually looking for vials for donor #4512. Please let me know how I can contact and reimburse you for your vials. I could buy both at the price you think it's reasonable to reimburse you for all your expenses.
They are both still available.
(Sorry for the delay in responding. I thought I set it to alert my email.)
