Follow these steps to join a private donor group:

2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Hi all,
I have 14 IVF vials available for the wonderful (smart, intelligent, cute, kind, engineer and runner) donor #4494. This donor's sperm is sold out. Here is a link to his profile: http://donorsearch.fairfaxcryobank.com/donorinfo.cfm?oh_donorid=7845
These vials can be used for IUI or ICI and have never left the Fairfax facility. I can transfer ownership to you. Storage has been paid ahead for 2 years for these.
I paid $525 per unit, fyi. Let me know if you're interested!
