Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

The moment of my IUI sperm was 7%.

I purchased two vials of IUI sperms.
One vial was thawed at clinic on March 24.
This had the very bad moment at 7%.
I did ICSI.
This IUI sperm will be impossible in IUI.
Although I purchased the vial for IUI, this sperm had too bad the moment, and to it, it was shocking.
It carries out. How is it such a moment? Is there any guarantee?
