success with 2908???

Hi there!
We are embarking on our next attempt at conceiving via iui our first 2 cycles were a bust. The counts weren't good and there was no medication. After some down time AKA saving money we have purchased 2 vials of donor 2908. Has anyone had success via iui with him?? we are also adding clomid to the picture. Hope to hear some positive news. Yes I delivered in December. A little girl healthy and very beautifull. I've been pregnant after 2 try with this donor.

This donor seems to produce lots of girls... I'm not sure that I have heard of anyone who has had a son using 2908? It doesn't really matter to me though, if my follicles check out we will be using 2908 at the end of this month!!! Best of luck to everyone else trying!!

your right I have heard of a lot of girls and one boy so far! fingers crossed for BIG follies!!! I must likely may 9-11 unless clomid lengthens my cycle

I used 2908 and got pregnant the first try. The docs office said the counts were good. I used clomid as well. Delivered a beautiful boy on February 20th. Good luck to you.

I did just receive notification from Fairfax that his vials are about to be closed for only sibling attempts as he's reached his max in babies born.

Islandgirl9269- I received that email also..I only have 3 vials of 2908 but i'm not to worried because if and when they work if i have a child i will be aloud to purchase more for siblings!! Are you wanting to use this donor again to have more?

Well....lol. Right now my wife and I are just set on one child. We have one more vial at the docs office as we purchased two as a 'just in case'. Jordan is a very challenging baby and I had a rough pregnancy (swelled a great deal). I'm perfectly ok with one child and so is she. We'll see.

Well I think that is great that you both are happy with one child!! And I think it's great that in the case that you change your mind you have that extra back up

oddly the Canadian bank I use has lots of vials! I think the max pregnant count is per country so if American runs out maybe Canada can send you one? although I am trying my best to add to his births in this country lol and I would be happy with just one as well although I bought 2 vials.... we shall see

Losing serious faith in the donor! Had my iui today post thaw count was 7.2 mil & post wash was 2.7 WAY below the 10 mil guarantee. Wasn't even worth doing but I'd already had meds and paid shipping! Once I get a neg test I'm getting a refund. What a terrible disappointment

Well unsurprising my iui was a bust!! Contacted fair fax and my clinic they are handling the paperwork. I SHOULD receive my refund in about 2 weeks (i will update if a issues arises) I have one more vial left if the counts are low I think a bank change will be in our future. All the best to every one

Here we go again! last round with this donor this time post thaw was 9.3 mil and post wash was 3.1 mil again below the 10 mil post thaw guarantee so I guess I'm owed a refund again. Not holding out much hope this cycle
