Anyone experience spotting and/or cramps and still got a BFP?

I'm close to the end of my first TWW. I've seen a teeny bit of spotting and have felt some cramping - this always happens when AF is coming on. I know it can also be a sign of pregnancy. I've even heard stories of people getting what they believed to be their period while they were pregnant. Just wanted to see if anyone here has personal experience with that.

    Before my bfp I felt exactly the way I always felt before my period, including some light spotting (same as what happens for me every month leading up to my period). A day or two after my period was missed my cramping and spotting stopped. Then I didn't get ANY symptoms until I was 7 weeks along.
