I'm just starting, but have heard it's up to you. Some have luck useing 2 vials 1 on day after trigger, or opk. And one 12 hrs. later. Of course sperm counts and your number of follicles come into play. Some say 2 vials used are better Chances for catching your window of time. But one vial at a time is plenty to start with for a couple tries then add another if no bfp. Hope this helps. -
Do you mean per try? If doing IUI at a facility, go by your doctor's recommendation. Since IUI brings it directly to where it's needed, two doesn't tend to increase the odds any more than one.

My doc uses just one.

We used just one, but we knew our cycle reallllly well!

My doctor recommends 2 vials but he is not using Clomid or a trigger shot

I bought 2 to save on shipping for try #2 as doc only uses 1. But it doesn't look like I'm going to need that second vial as I got pregnant on the first try.

Congrats!!!

My doctor said that two vials didn't really increase your chances of conceiving but I went for two anyways - one 36 hours after trigger and one 24 hour later. We got pregnant with our baby boy that first cycle and I strongly believe it's in part due to using two vs. one. Good luck!

Congrats tstarr! I hope I have the same luck as you.
Callen did you decide to use 1 or 2 vials? -
Just using 1. Hoping it goes well. I got my surge today and left a message at their office.
Do they do IUI on Sundays?
