2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

I've been looking for other people who have used this specimen, and have been successful. I know he's a fairly new donor, but his preg. reports are in the 1-5 range. Any thoughts on to how I can come into contact with them?

After a long struggle and 2 failed IUIs, I had my first round of IVF and am pregnant! I will have my 6 week ultrasound next week, all procedures were with donor 4703. My HCG levels are really high and may be twins - I'll find that out within two weeks. Hope this helps!
