Just bought 4 IUI vials from donor 2799 ... and now I have a date ..ugh!

I just bought 4 vials of donor 2799 and am going to start in august when I get back from my napa valley vacation... Someone is setting me up and I have a date on friday! What do I do? I just spent alot of $$ ...do I even meet the guy or what?? Help!

Why not go out? It's just a date - not a marriage proposal. Take it one day at a time.

Totally agree why not go out? Your building up expectations and stressing yourself out unnecessarily. Expect to met someone nice, have a nice time, take it one day at a time. The good thing about this sperm is that it lasts a long time! have fun!

LOL same thing happened to me!!! I met a guy at a halloween party, we went out the following Wednesday and I had my (3rd and final) IUI on Friday. The friend who set us up knew I was getting pregnant. I told the guy after a week and he was ok with it. But the relationship didn't work, for other resaons.
But hey, its just a date, no need to tell him right away.
