Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

ID Option vs. Anonymous

I am torn whether or not to go ID Option vs. Anonymous. I am leaning toward ID Option thinking if I were the child I would want to know who my donor was at some point in my life? Anybody have any thoughts or ways they decided what was best for them?

Even if the donor had ID options, I'm not sure how that would play out down the road. It's not always going to be a positive experience to have that information, which brings me to believe that not having it won't necessarily be a negative. I suppose it is what it is.
I'm not sure if my jumbled thoughts help in any way. I feel at some point in time there are going to be all kinds of questions and emotions attached to the identity of the donor. I can only hope that we handle the situation in the best and most sensitive way possible
