We are 6 days post iui and it is our first attempt. My wife has had some headaches and did feel sick to her stomach 3 days ago, but that's all I can report as of now. I do gather that there might be some slight bleeding (spotting) that they call implantation spotting, but I'm not sure whether cramping and feeling sick means anything. I do know that this whole process is so nerve-racking that we are both feeling nervous and sick though! Good luck to you both, and keep us posted.
