Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Have anyone used 4715? My wife and I finally decided, we would love to connect to and share experiences with this and other donors. We will hopefully have our first IUI with Clomid attempt in April. Best of luck to all of you!

We used 4715 and are having a little girl in August. Please let us know if you also conceive with this donor as we d like to keep in touch.
