Could this mean an issue?

I'm considering donor 4940 since my top 2 choices are waitlisted. My only concern is that there are fewer than 20 vials but no reported pregnancies. Does that mean that people purchased the sperm and then did not have success?

I'm pretty sure when I purchased vials from my donor there were fewer than 20 vials but no reported pregnancies. Especially if the donor is new the vials might be going fast. I got pregnant and now have a four month old! Also sometimes women trying to conceive with donor sperm might have fertility issues making it harder to conceive (many women are older when they try, and also using frozen sperm can be trickier than fresh sperm), so I wouldn't view your perspective donor as having a problem just by the fact their are no reported pregnancies yet. People might also not be super fast about reporting success. I'd ask your doctor about the sperm counts in the vials and their motility - that would be what I'd go on (I'd caution against buying too many vials before seeing the counts and how the sperm responds to washing if your doctor is going to wash it).

It means no pregnancies have been reported. To report you must fill out a form I believe. No one has done that. You could google the donor to see if anyone has written in a blog.
