Twins?

Hello! So my wife had her first IUI on the 23rd. "13dc"
She was on femara 2.5mg 3dc - 7dc we went in on her 11dy for an ultrasound and HSG. Her HSG came back clear and perfect. The ultrasound showed about 3 small follicle's on her right ovary and 5 mature ones on her left ovary biggest one at "20cm" the other 4 between 14cm and 19cm. That night we did the ovidrel 250 MCG/0.5ML injection we did the IUI 36 hours later. The night after the IUI she started using the progesterone 10% cream before bed. So 3 times using that so far. Dr said chances for twins is in the 30% range and triplets about to 18% chance. Our donors sperm count was 14.5million after being washed. Our Dr was happy with that number. We test June 5th "26dc" but might take a home pregnancy test on the 4th. My wife is 23 and has no fertility issues. What y'all think about our chances of having multiples? Anyone think we might of went to aggressive on our first try? And how did y'all get thru the tww ?! Its driving us crazy! Any feed back would be great! Sending baby dust to all!
