What's your protocol?

I'm just curious how other doctors create plans for women undergoing fertility treatments. I realize that we are all different and we come with completely different medical histories...but I am still curious to hear what other women are doing.
For example....one or two IUI's per cycle? How long after the trigger shot does your doc do the insemination? What do they consider to be "good" numbers?
I'll go first...
We are using Femara/Letrozole. I take all ten pills at once on cd3 (25mg total). We monitor follicles and, when they (and my lining) are acceptable, we do the trigger and inseminate one time approx. 36-40 hours post trigger. Our count was about 11 million with 35% motility, and my doc didn't think those were awesome numbers, specifically the 35% motility.
