2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

So excited for my wife and I to begin this journey. My first ever IUI with donor 4722. Thinking positive!

I did not use this donor , but wanted to say FX for y'all! I am in my first Iui 2ww. are y'all doing medicated iui ?
coincidentally, I was 37 when I conceived with this donor, also via IUI and I too had a boy
I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant with donor 4722 (luckily conceived on my first try) - I'm expecting a girl. She's been measuring large for most of my pregnancy, so it sounds like that's the norm!
Also, my daughter has Strawberry Blonde hair - NO clue where that came from? I'm plain 'ol blonde and the donor is so dark. It's adorable, but I was kind of surprised, haha!
