Gonal-f for IUI ?

Hey everybody... so, here's my story and a question... My husband and I conceived our son with donor semen via IUI back in 2013.. the first try with no medication. Since then, it's been a rollercoaster. In July 2015, we tried IUI again, unmedicated. This was unsuccessful. In September 2015, we tried again, but this time it was medicated (Femara with Ovidrel trigger). Unsuccessful. At that point we ran out of IUI & ICI vials and our donor wasn't going to provide anymore (long story short, he is restricted and the vials available were only for those trying to get a sibling for their child). There were IVF vials left, so we went that route. I was put on birth control for three weeks, then did a standard protocol with Gonal-f and Lupron. Unfortunately, the doctor's seemed to have over-suppressed my ovaries, because they could only see 2 mature follicles. They were surprised, and suggested we cancel the cycle and try a new protocol the next month. While I was waiting for my period to come after the cycle got cancelled, I decided to check back with Fairfax, asking if anybody had any vials of that donor for sale, and had no response. A week or so later though, by some miracle, somebody sold a bunch of vials back for that same donor (my husband wasn't budging on using a different donor since he also has a daughter from a previous marriage that was conceived with this donor). We bought another IUI vial and decided to try again this past March (2016). I had THREE mature follicles on Femara, so I thought this was it. I felt for SURE I was pregnant. I had some early symptoms, as I did with the two previous IUI's, but these were more intense. I was even thinking maybe triplets (although I was only hoping for twins at the very most... but I would've wanted triplets over none at all, provided they all were healthy). Anyway, to my surprise, I did not get pregnant. We decided to purchase yet another IUI vial and try again this month (April 2016). At this point I was thinking I am having an implantation issue, so I asked the doctor if I should use the Endometrin from my cancelled IVF cycle that I had already purchased, and he said yes. I was on Femara again, produced one mature follicle, and did the Ovidrel trigger. I started the Endometin the day after the IUI as instructed. This time I did not feel anything the entire TWW... it made me feel like the egg didn't even fertilize, but then I started thinking maybe this was a good sign, since I felt things the past three times... and I don't remember feeling ANYTHING when I conceived my son (then again I was not as in-tune with my body because I just figured that using donor sperm that was great quality, it would work with no problem...clearly I had no idea how difficult conception could be!). Well, I am not pregnant...again. Since we qualify for the Pregnancy Pledge with Fairfax and will be receiving a vial for free... we decided to give it one last shot (this is getting extremely expensive for us with purchasing sperm and with all of the ultrasounds and procedure costs..). Has anybody here used Gonal-f in conjunction with IUI?

Hey! Congrats!!! That is amazing news!!! Wow, I feel like my post was sooo old. We actually just had our Second IVF cycle in October. We were able to get 8 embryo's, but all arrested before transfer day, so it was canceled. We are devastated. We're going to take a few months off while I try to get healthier (they said it was my egg quality). I'm already taking Vitamin D, CoQ-10, and a prenatal... but I decided on trying a couple of others, joining the gym (I'm not overweight but I'm not healthy), and starting the Keto diet. We will revisit around February or March ❤️ Congrats again!!! I'm very happy for you! Thanks for the response too.
