    Hi,

My wife and I are using donor 4462. We have done 1 back-to-back ICI last month, and we just did another ICI a week ago. We just got her progesterone level checked, and it was very low for a 21 day level only being 2.12. The dr said that there was a small chance that she did get pregnant, but we will have to wait another week or so to know for sure. If we were unsuccessful this cycle, we will be moving on to using IUI. We would also like to know what other people have used this donor and what method they used to become pregnant.

    hey
I'm not sure if you've read my other post, but I had my first unmedicated (natural) IUI on 8/6. I received a positive bloodwork for pregnancy on 8/20. I was pregnancy for 10weeks 5days on 10/6 when I found out that the baby's heartbeat stopped. they called it a missed niscarriage and I had to have a d&c to remove the baby. I took the time I needed for myself and have decided to try again. this time I took 50mg clomid on days 3-7. I had my second IUI on 4/26 and will find out if I got lucky again on 5/10. I hope this helps and will update when I get my results. good luck on choosing a donor and let me know if you decide to go with him. lots of prayers and baby dust ❤️

Hey everyone, I actually just discovered this forum after we just had my son using donor 4462 on 05/04/16. We did two IUIs the first with back to back inseminations. We then discovered I had a blocked tube so we will never know if that was the issue or not. Then we did two IVFs the first with one embryo and the second took with two embryos.
I may start another thread for this, but we're discovering that our son has elevated liver enzymes and is going through a lot of testing to determine the cause. Has anyone had any health issues with their children with this donor?

Hi everyone! We will be using donor 4462 when I start my next cycle in about a week and half. Would love to connect with others who have used this donor :)

Hello everyone, I am the original poster of this thread...I ended up choosing another donor from another sperm bank. I decided to go with xytex because they had open ID option as well as more information on the donor and the donor is very healthy as well as his family. I wanted my child/children to have the chance to know more about his or her dad as they grow up and eventually have the possibility to contact him in the future if they want too. I am 4 months pregnant and healthy baby :) God bless

We also have 4 unused vials of donor 4462 if anyone needs this to complete their family please let me know.
    Thank you!
