How do I join a group for a specific donor?

I did a search for our donor # and there appeared to be threads or groups that I cannot access. I am wondering how to gain access.

    Our search function is not working for the private forums and may displayed "locked" forums that do not exist. Any private forum you have access to is a small blue sub-forum just below Private Forum by Donor Number/Sibling Registry. Rest assured that is the only private area for donors.
