Hi! We just used this donor but our doctor noted our specimen did not have enough motility. So our IUI was unsuccessful. I am glad to hear there are good outcomes out there with this donor!

we used this donor once before on our first IUI without fertility meds and was unsuccessful. A year later and 5 different donors later, we are maybe going to try this donor again using fertility meds. TYD and Bmratj12 congrats on your success, did you go the IUI route or IVF? Did you have to use any fertility meds? How many attempts? One more question ladies.. sorry we are just going into our 8th IUI and we are in need of any help or Ideas that may have helped you get pregnant. Do you know the sperm count or motility on the sperm sample? Also Im so sorry it didn't work your first time TulipanMB, its so hard to go through the process, I am sending lots of baby dust your way.

Hi Zamora! I am not sure. That day is all a blur. We went from being super excited to do the IUI to then being told the specimen was a dud. We are trying again in a month or so. This was second attempt, but first with this donor. I just remember the doctor walking in and saying there was hardly any movement. We are on clomid. Best of luck to you Zamora on this journey! It is a challenging one but I try to focus on the outcome, it's rough some days though. If I find out more info I will pass it along.

Hi everyone! We just purchase a vial from donor 4725 which will be our first iui attempt this month with clomid. Glad to hear there were some sucess stories with 4725. Praying all goes well for us. Good luck to the ladies also trying.

Its been forever since someone has commented on here. I don't know what happened to the other ladies, I hope all is going well. We have had no luck with IUI's and are starting the IVF process with this donor. I would like to stay in touch incase we both get a positive result. Sending you lots of baby dust your way...

HI Tulipan, I'm glad you are giving it another try It's nice to have people to chat with on here. Are you going the iui route again or ivf? We have decided that our next step is IVF we are in the Birth Control stage of it, will find out on Monday what meds we will be using. If all goes well we will expect a mid November transfer. I'm not sure what a normal motility is but I feel like Our specimen is low. Do you remember what yours was when you found out it was not good?

What was your counts Shanic, ours were 35% thaw motility and 63.8 Million Count/ml, 35% motility 58.3 million and 57.6 million for 2nd and 3rd vial, then 35% motility and 60.4 million count/ml for our last vial.

I'm thinking maybe because it's post thaw?! Ours is 35% & 15.3 million. Somethings are confusing. I'm learning all of this stuff as we go lol. Starting clomid on Tuesday and have an ultrasound scheduled for the 26th!! I private messaged you back Zimora415 but I'm not sure you received it. It's not in my sent box.

So I'm sad to say that our doc didn't give us exact numbers but I know post thaw she said approximately about less than 15% motility. Are most of those who conceived through IVF?

as far as I can see it seems like only one has conceived through IVF, not sure about the first 2 that started this chat. Haven't heard anything else from them. We start our injections for IVF in 3 weeks, just had our injection class last night. It was kind of scary I had to give my wife a test IM shot and I almost felt like I was going to faint lol. But I think I will be ok. We got this...... Thinking of you ladies!!! Hope all is going good.

We are on day 3 of our follistim inj. We are looking at egg retrieval dates of Nov 11-Nov 14th depending on how everything looks. How far along are you two, I sure hope this works for us. After 8 iui fails we need something positive.

We are in the tww day 9. We caved in and tested today with a very very faint positive. Hoping it's not still from the trigger shot so we will test again tomororw. Praying for a darker line!!! It was so hard waiting 14 days to test especially with so many preg symptoms lol. Will update soon!

We had success with donor 4725 (a baby girl born last week). Good luck everyone!

We did reciprocal IVF and the embryologist had to use ICSI because as you all have figured out the motility is low. That is why the IVF is working for most and IUI is not. We had a baby girl from this donor born Feb 2017 and are now pregnant with another girl due 2019. I just called the cryobank and seems this donor has 10-15 reported pregnancies already as well. Our girl is perfect and healthy so we are happy. How is everyone else's babies and attempts going?

We have a wonderful daughter from donor 4725. We have decided to expand our family but are saddened to report 4725 is not available. We would love to have the opportunity to try and provide a sibling for her from the same donor. If anyone would be willing to sell us their vial or vials we would be eternally grateful. Hi All- I have not been on this thread for quite some time (busy with our little now 2 year old)! We are expecting our 2nd child June 2019 with donor 4725- another boy! We did have success with IUI with donor 4725.
