Unmedicated IUI

My wife and I just completed our first cycle of unmedicated IUI. We are using a fertility clinic that performed all of the pre-cycle hormone labs and all were normal. My HSG was also normal and my AMH was 4.1 so optimal. We went for daily labs and ultrasounds to determine ovulation and ended up doing an Hcg trigger shot on the day my follicle was largest (17.9 mm) and LH surged (18 I believe). I am now 3dpo and am super nervous and anxious for a pregnancy test as we want this so badly. Hopefully we get good results. I am looking for any sign or symptom that might show implantation occurred.
