1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Anyone else planning to use 5104? We are planning our first IUI this month; natural cycle, home-monitored. Although his count is 10 million TMC, his motility in three samples is only 35% 
Im trying hard not to feel hopeless, but it's very difficult with motility that low. Was hoping to be able to join a potential mother on her journey with the same donor. Hope to hear from someone!
