Name (under which the vial was purchased)

Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

I have 4 vials for Donor 4267 available for sale. We have conceived two beautiful children using this donor and don't wish to add any more to our family. We have a two year old boy that my wife conceived and 8 month old girl that I conceived. The vials are at the OU Reproductive Medicine Center in Oklahoma. I am willing to do a low price for the vials as long as you cover the shipment and transfer of ownership fees. We conceived our boy on the second try and our daughter on the first.
