Hi All!
My wife and I just purchased IUI and ICI vials for donor 5132 and we are going to go for our first IUI in April or May (depending on my work travel). Anyone else also inseminating with this donor? We would love to connect!

Not using Donor 5132 but noticed you are in North Carolina as well. Just finished up pre-IUI testing and planning for our first cycle of IUI in April. We are using donor 4358!

For anyone thinking of (or actually) using 5132, our IUI vial, post thaw and second wash, motility was 38 million.

I'm feeling great....I had a SUPER light positive yesterday and it was darker this morning! Blood test tomorrow w/ results Thursday! I hope this is it!

Oh Coll217 that is so exciting! I hope it is it too!!! Did you use clomid and a trigger? Do you know what size your follicles were? The doc said I responded well to the clomid and the donor's count was pretty good too. Perhaps it just means that I was supposed to be able to enjoy an adult beverage while in Hawaii! Lol. Hoping for a strong beta tomorrow for you!

I did do clomid and the trigger...my first check I had 3 follicles (8, 10, 12) the second check the saw one at 18 and stopped looking...then I did the IUI 2 days later.
Definitely enjoy those Hawaiian drinks (while you still can!)!

They only checked mine once on cycle day 14. At that time I had one that was 23mm and one that was 16...the others were 10-12 still..:so I triggered that night and had the iui 36 hours later. Did you test your trigger out? If so, how soon did you get a positive hpt? I think I told you we ended up going with a different donor right? I think he is relatively new bc I'm just now seeing posts on the forum about him. I'll be excited to hear your news!

Has anyone else used this donor? I see that he's sold out of vials :-) We are due in Jan
