2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

My wife and I are currently in the TWW with donor 4958. This is our second attempt and were half way through the two weeks!
Is anyone else using this donor? Or in the middle of the longest two weeks of their lives? We are debating on taking a test at home

My wife and I recently did ICI at home with this donor and after the LONGEST 2 weeks of our lives, it was unfortunately unsuccessful
