Anyone used the donor consultation service?

Has anyone used the donor consultation service offered by Fairfax to help you select your donor? Did you find it helpful? Were they able to give you more information during this consultation? I am struggling with not being able to see the adult photos of several of my top choice donors (photos not available), and some of the staff remarks are much more meaningful and indepth than others. Just wondering if anyone found this additional service helpful. Thanks!!!
