Thin uterine lining?

Help for thin uterine lining?

Hi everyone! I was on the pill for a long time. I often skipped my sugar pill and started my next pack right away to skip my period. I stopped taking it a few months ago. Now my “periods” come right on schedule, but are VERY light and short. My bbt and LH tests indicate I’m ovulating, but I’m concerned about having a thin uterine lining. I have an appt with my doc on Friday to review blood work and see if we can do my 1st IUI this month.

I have heard that raspberry Leaf tea or supplements can help with a thin uterine lining. Does anyone know if this is true and how much I should take? Are the supplements better than the tea (not really a tea drinker)? Is there anything else I can do on my own?

Thanks!
