Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

If you have had a child from donor 5130 come join us in our secret Facebook group: Donor 5130 Siblings. We have changed our group from closed to secret to add another layer of protection. Please search for the page called Fairfax Donor #5130. If you have a child from this donor send the page a private message to be added to the secret group. At this time we will only be accepting members with children who have already been born. We want to respect the privacy of all parties. We hope you understand! If you are trying to conceive or currently pregnant we are extremely happy for you and wish you all the best! Please keep in touch with us via the Fairfax forum! I just wanted to throw an update out there for our group. We now have 8 families and 10 children in the group. I would like to again welcome anyone who would like to join.
