Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Hi there,
My partner and I are new to Fairfax and we are working to select a donor. We're finding this process difficult. We'd love to know what was most important to you when selecting a donor? Did you feel attached to a certain profile because of a photo or audio clip? Was it a someone who matched you / your partner's ethnicity? Ultimately what helped you make a decision? Thanks for your guidance!

Hello,
My partner and I have selected donors from two different banks (we had to switch because we decided to do insemination at home and fairfax would ship to us without an MD signature). both times our criteria was the same. we did an initial search based on ethnicity and other traits that would match my wife's (hair and eye color). then we excluded those with any health history that we deemed unacceptable. we then decided to look at those with adult pictures only and narrowed it further down by their educational achievements.
