Follow these steps to join a private donor group:
1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Looking for vials of donor 4405

My name is Ashley. And my wife and I have two amazing kids by donor 4405. Our donor is no longer active and there are no vials available anymore. We bought the last two in hopes to have a third child. But unfortunately it did not work. I am hoping that someone on here has some vials of this donor and are willing to sell them to me so I have another chance of having another baby
