2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Can anyone shed some light on prices of IUI in Canada?

We are starting our search for donors in hopes of conceiving through IUI. We are in Alberta, Canada and am wondering if there are any other couples who have done this in Alberta?

We ordered from Can-Am Cryo in Hamilton and it cost about $840 / vial I believe.
This may not be super helpful because I know you're asking specifically about Alberta, but if there are any other questions we may be able to answer, we'd be glad to help!
