1) Press "Join" at the right of the group
2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Extra vials of donor 4352 for a sibling?

Hi All,
We have a beautiful 20 month old boy from donor 4352 and would love to add to our family with a biological sibling for him. He is bubbly and full of life and energy, extremely determined and also loves sharing toys. He loves to eat and ride at speed on his trike or scooter. He loves to be outside and is fascinated by bugs and reading books with flaps and pop up sections. If anyone has any spare 4352 vials, we would love to purchase them and can arrange this via Fairfax.
