At home insem success?

VAMomsVAMoms Junior Member Junior Member
Hi everyone,
My wife and I are trying to conceive doing at home insem. She doesn't have any known fertility issues and this will be our third month of trying. I always knew this process would be stressful, I just didn't expect it to be so emotionally draining. I know two months of trying is nothing in baby making terms, but I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any success stories to share? It would help a lot to read about Fairfax Family members being successful by themselves at home. Any tips on timing? We have been trying at 12 and 24 hours post positive OPK.

Thank you all,

VAMoms

I would love to read some feedback related to this topic. My wife and I decided to use a fertility clinic because we were afraid of doing it on our own knowing donor sperm is very pricey and the emotional price is also super heavy.
We talked to our doctor about that option when we were conceiving, a couple of years ago. We had the option to just use meds and try at home. Again, we were just hesitant. I hope you guys are successful and all of the emotions that come with counting every single day that passes are all leading up to that beautiful, positive pregnancy.
