Bad Samples, Bad Service, Advice Appreciated
We have received bad product (<10% viability) and bad service from Fairfax Cryobank after spending many thousands of dollars with them, plus an immense amount of time and physical pain and discomfort from treatments. There is no way to file a complaint or get help that we can find. If you have information on how to get help with bad samples and bad service, please let me know.
Thank you in advance

Update on our situation. We received an email from Fairfax that a child from a donor we purchased several times, has Retinoblastoma, a rare cancer due to a mutation in the Rb1 gene.
We are thankful that the samples we received from this donor were of poor quality and did not fertilize.
