2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Just wanted to say to everybody, even if the donor you want isnt available(inactive) dont totally give up hope! My partner and I used a donor back in 2008. We were again searching for sperm only to find out that he was no longer available and would not be available again. Well, I sat down last weekend to start putting final touches on the donors I wanted. I was doing a general search just to make sure I narrowed it down to who I wanted, when his number showed up!!!!
It was listed as please call, first thing Monday morning I called. I was suprised to learn that he 7 available. I bought 2 right away!
My point to this is, make sure you double check the search before you just give up.
I had been wondering if I really picked the right time to do this. God was giving me signs that I did but I was still unsure. This was the final sign I needed.
