Good luck! It's so exciting when you finally make the decision to start ttc.
My partner and I started using CLI in the fall of 2003. I got pregnant with our son in June 2004. Now we're ttc #5 (5 tries this time and no luck so far. We have the very last 3 units from our donor on hold)
We've had a really good experience with CLI. The staff are friendly and helpful when we've had questions. The ordering process is straightforward and simple. For us, they're local. I'd certainly recommend them to friends.
Again, good luck! -
My DP succesfully got pregnant with 1 try through CLI (I know, lucky!). So from that aspect we are very happy and now have a healthy little baby.
The customer service on the other hand has left very much to be desired. I felt like I had to call mutiple times to get basic questions answered, had to follow up to get forms sent, and the process to switch the donor sperm from one person's account to another was a bit of a hassle. We plan to try to get pregnant with the same donor, but I will carry the second time around.
Best of luck! -
We have had over all good luck with this bank. We currently have a 2 year old daughter from 2681 and the IUI worked the first try. I am also currently just over 3 months pregnante with the same donor, and this time it took two tries. Neither of us had any issue with customer service and actually found both very helpful. At one point this year we had to get proof of buying sperm and that the donor had no rights to my two year old and they were very helpful in getting us that information.

we had great luck, too. my wife got pregnant on our second cycle with two inseminations that cycle. our baby is almost 1 year! we used donor 2647, and all of the sample vials we received had pretty good viability counts; the lowest being 40,000 and the highest 80,000. some friends of ours said the customer service is not very friendly, but we have yet to have any problems. maybe it just depends on who you talk to on any particular day (which shouldn't be the case.) we are trying to find someone with extra vials of 2647, too, so if anyone has any, please contact me. i would be very appreciative.
good luck.
