at home ICI

I did, it wasn't successful. When I ended up at a fertility specialist and he asked me how many times I had inseminated, when I mentioned the times I did ICI he said he wouldn't even count those.

Try #1 - BFN (sigh)

Over the past year we have now tried 6 IUI's at the doctors office and 6 ICI's at home.....so far nothing has worked. There were some months when we tried both an IUI and an ICI. I think we are now leaning toward IUI's at the doctors...even though it is more expensive I think that you have a better chance of getting pregnant.

We did 10 or so IUI, over the past 3 years ALL at a doctors office with 2 insems per cycle and they were all negative. My partner has had every test-all negative and no family hx of repro issues. We only recently had a BFP when we did IVF. She is currently 5wks, 2 d preggers. I highly doubt at home insems would have worked for us, but they do for some- you have to do what you think best.
